Hotel Policies & RULES

Only registered customers and vehicles are allowed on property, no exceptions. A single room with one bed is intended for 2 person max occupancy, including children of any age. A double room is with two beds is intended for 4 person max occupancy, including children of any age. We DO NOT allow pets in rooms, no exceptions. Check in and check out are strictly enforced unless arrangements have been explicitly made beforehand, but can be altered without notice solely at the discretion of management.

All equipment, community spaces, and private rooms, including linens and towels, outdoor areas, all furniture and chairs, mattresses, bed frames, wall decor, electronics and lights are meticulously maintained and inventoried. Any missing or damaged items or equipment will be charged to the card that is placed on file at time of check in.

We are not responsible in any capacity for any injuries of any degree that may occur to customers while on our grounds. While we do not anticipate any issues, we will not be held accountable for actions taken by individuals who are on our grounds.

Any deviation from any aspect of these policies and rules will result in the immediate forfeiture of any credit, money, and or rights to our property and also the immediate removal of violators from property, and full prosecution of said individual to the full extent of the law.

TRAVEL Cancellations & Refunds

While we understand the complexity of travel and the unexpected circumstances that may arise, and may address each reservation on a case by case basis, we offer NO REFUNDS whatsoever after a room is reserved and paid for. Under no circumstances will Rooms At The Pecan, or its staff, issue monetary refunds whatsoever. Please be aware that this includes any cancellations, regardless of proximity of notice to date of stay, and/or any removal from property due to breach of rules and/or policy. We reserve the right to deny access to our rooms, our grounds, and our services at any time, for any reason, solely at our discretion.
